Digitalisation means being smarter in how we access, use and analyse data and align our organisation for a digital world.

    Our latest Digital Strategy outlines our vision of a digitally enabled future and describes the role we expect to play as our industry continues to serve our customers, wider energy consumers and society as a whole. This June 2021 issue provides an update to ensure alignment with our developing ED2 business plan and includes progress made in the last 6 months to deliver our Digital Action Plan, detailing the digital products and services that combine to meet the needs of our customers and broader stakeholders.
