Digitalisation means being smarter in how we access, use and analyse data and align our organisation for a digital world.Our latest Digital Strategy evolves our vision of a digitally enabled future and describes the role we expect to play as our industry continues to serve our customers, wider energy consumers and society as a whole. This version is an evolution from our 2019 Digital Strategy, and is supported by our first Digital Action Plan that details the digital products and services that combine to meet the needs of our customers and broader stakeholders.
