Are you eligible for priority services?
You can join Priority Services if you or someone you care for:
- Are blind or partially sighted
- Doesn't have English as their first language
- Is deaf or hard of hearing
- Has a disability
- Lives with children under five
- Has a chronic illness
- Use medical equipment that is reliant on electricity
- Are over 60
- Temporarily need extra support

We’ll ask a few simple questions about your needs and preferred ways to receive information, so we can provide support that’s right for you.
