How does it work?

Getting support is simple. Follow these three easy steps to join our Priority Services and get a free personolised Power Cut Plan.

  • Register yourself or someone you care for.

Complete our quick online form or call our team. You can register on behalf of a family member, friend or someone you care for.

  • Tell us how you’d like us to communicate

We’ll ask a few simple questions about your needs and preferred ways to receive information, so we can provide support that’s right for you.

  • We'll be there before, during and after a power cut.

We’ll provide updates during power cuts, advance notice of planned interruptions where possible, and tailored support to help you stay informed and reassured.

Working together to power your peace of mind

"Everyone should be able to access the information and support they need during a power cut. Priority Services helps us understand how you’d like us to communicate with you, so we can provide support that’s tailored to your needs."
