We are pleased to announce the launch of our Day Ahead Markets pilot, an exciting expansion of our existing suite of flexibility products. This new offering enhances the range of opportunities available for Flexibility Service Providers to participate in our markets.
The Day Ahead Market will operate on a daily cycle, with requirements published and markets opened and closed each day for dispatch the following day.
During the pilot phase, operations will be limited to a reduced scope—typically no more than 15 markets per week. This controlled approach will support a smooth implementation and allow for accurate evaluation ahead of a full-scale rollout

Our first Day Ahead market will commence from Monday 24th November, with the market requirements being published on Friday 21st November on our website and Electron Connect platform.
