How can Priority Services help you?

If a power cut is going to make things difficult, this advance notice could mean you’ll have time to relocate or switch to mobility aids that don’t rely on electricity. And we offer extra reassurance with our password service, so you always know it’s a genuine SSEN team member if we need to visit.

Meet Nina Tame

We've teamed up with Nina to share her perspective on why Priority Services matter to her.

Nina is a UK-based disability mentor, writer, content creator, and advocate whose honest, bold, and colourful storytelling has reshaped how we view disability. A full-time wheelchair user and proud “WheelHousewife of Essex,” she uses her platform to debunk societal myths, challenge ableism and celebrate her lived experience with humour and heart.

Working together to power your peace of mind

"I’d love to share the Recite Me tool with every customer who may need it. It makes accessing our website easier for everyone. And if you’d rather talk to someone about it, just give us a call on 0800 294 3259."
