Terms and Conditions:
1) Telecoms Networks Providers are required to agree to and sign the SSEN Access To Infrastructure Framework Agreement covering the joint use of poles.
2) Prices will be reviewed in line with the Access to Infrastructure Framework Agreement annually on the 1st April.
3) Further charges may be levied in accordance with the SSEN Access To Infrastructure Framework Agreement where appropriate and reasonable.
