We are pleased to publish our Incentive on Connections Engagement (ICE) submission for 2018 which includes looking back at progress we have made over the past year and also details our workplan of commitments for the coming year. The content of our workplan is a direct result of a sustained engagement programme throughout the year and responds to the undernoted key areas which our larger connection customers have highlighed are most important to them:• Information provision• Application and quotation processes• Delivery and wayleaves• Competition in connections• Collaboration and engagement

Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks maintain a Network Geographical Information System (GIS) which represents the assets on the network in a geographical form. Access can be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. On this system symbols are used to illustrate different types of Assets, to be clear what the symbols mean please view a helpful legend.
