  • Cut-out fuse change

    We can replace the cut-out fuse with one of identical capacity. (We will not increase the size of the cut-out fuse when replacing)
  • De-energise / Re-energise

    We can temporarily de-energise (then re-energise) your supply to allow you to safely complete other work.
  • Meter door replacement

    We will attempt to repair damaged / missing meter box doors free of charge. Where the box is damaged beyond repair, you will need to supply a replacement box
  • Meter board replacement

    If the meter board is damaged or missing and our equipment is attached to it (cut out fuse or power cable) we will investigate this.
  • Overhead height assessment

    We will visit your site and ensure that overhead wires are at a correct and safe height for the works underneath or around.
  • Pole and stay assessment

    If you've noticed a pole leaning or a damaged stay, then we can attend and assess how secure the pole is. We will then take all reasonable actions to ensure the pole is safe and supported properly.
  • Protective multiple earthing

    We will arrange for an engineer to attend to check if PME, is available at your property. We will also update our equipment to accommodate the connection and connect this for you.
  • Refix bracket

    We can re-fix the bracket that your electricity wire is on if it needs to be replaced or has come loose.
  • Renew lead in

    We can repair or replace the cable or wire coming into your property if it's damaged.
  • Shrouding

    If you're working near overhead lines, we can cover the wires to ensure you're safe.
  • Temporary isolation

    We can temporarily isolate your incoming supply.
  • Tree cutting

    One of our arboricultural team will inspect the trees and if any work is required they will recommend the best course of action and agree what work we will undertake.
  • Unclip/reclip

    We can attend your property and remove the electricity cable from the wall to enable you to complete your maintenance work (such as painting the property or replacing the fascias).
