    If you have received route details from us as part of your initial application and have completed the necessary technical checks detailed in ‘SSEN ATI POLES-NP Design Submission Procedure’ you can submit your design to us.  SSEN will review the design for technical compliance and identify any additional work (Make Ready Work) necessary to support your application.

    Prior to submitting your design you must have engaged with the owner of the relevant land to confirm whether any Land Rights will be required and/or granted in respect of this application.

    You are required to pay the License Fee and any Make Ready costs before SSEN will grant the license and undertake any required pole reinforcements required to facilitate the ADSS cable installation.  

  • Information we require from you

    The following documents are required for this application as per SSEN ATI POLES-NP Design Submission Procedure. To complete your application please ensure all supporting documents have been emailed to noting your Company name and site location so we can match your details.

    • Route specific information
    • Photographs of each pole
    • Details of the proposed NP Fibre Infrastructure to be installed on each pole
    • Identify and Detail any additional work require to be done by SSEN ahead of any NP installation
    • Clearance Check details
    • Technical Assessment- Stage 1 and Stage 2 Questionnaire and the Pole Strength Calculator spreadsheet summary completed and provided for each pole
    • Installation Contractor Details
    • Statement of Compliance
    • Wayleave Details
