    If you want to make a change to your existing application, get in touch with your designated, regional Account Manager. Before, you do, we recommend that you check what changes we will allow as part of your existing application. For example, if you are looking to significantly change your connection request we may need you to re-apply and depending on the type of connection you need, this may incur Connection Offer Expenses.

  • Background

    Industry consultations relating to allowable or significant change were undertaken via the Energy Networks Association in 2016 and again in 2018. The results of these consultations provided an industry agreed policy on what changes should and should not be allowed within an existing application, with a view to managing connection or interactivity queues fairly. We comply with this policy.
